Insomnia and sleep disorders can seriously influence, in addition to nightly, even daytime ones, causing moments of high stress, constant sense of exhaustion and a lowering of the immune system, just to mention some consequences. It can be caused by feelings of pent-up anger, loneliness, tension in the family or at work, a poor diet, excessive doses of tea and coffee, or alcohol and smoking.
Below, we will propose some natural remedies that may help you relieve your anxiety by facilitating a good night sleep.
1. Try to eat at least 3 hours before going to bed, go to sleep at times regular and always wake up at the same time. Set, i.e., a healthy sleep schedule.
2. Take a warm foot bath before bedtime and the hot compresses applied along the spine.
3. Milk and honey. This "Grandma's remedy" is perhaps one of the most effective ways to get a nights sleep and without interruption.
4. Take a ripe banana and mash. Add the toasted cumin seeds and stir well. Consumed as it got before going to bed.
5. Take a herbal tea made with pure extract of valerian and drink it every night before I fall asleep.

Sleep Disorders Causes Symptoms
Causes of sleep disorders are of many kinds. Sleep disorders can be caused by several factors. Although the causes of sleep disturbance may differ, the end result of all sleep disorders is that the body's natural cycle of waking and daytime sleep is disrupted or exaggerated.
Sleep disturbances causes
Environmental (eg, alcohol use)
Doctor (for example, asthma)
Psychiatric (eg, depression and anxiety disorders)
Physical (eg, ulcers)
The primary or acute insomnia can be caused by stress or life change such as job loss, death of a loved one, or moving, illness, or environmental factors such as noise, light or extreme temperatures.
Chronic insomnia or secondary (insomnia occurs at least three nights a week for a month or more) may be caused by factors such as depression, stress, chronic pain or discomfort during the night.
Other factors causes the sleep disorder that can interfere with sleep include:
Shift work at night: People who work at night often experience sleep disturbances, because they can not sleep when they start to feel sleepy. Their activities run counter to their biological clocks.
Medications: Many medications can interfere with sleep, such as some antidepressants, blood pressure and-the-counter cold medicine.
Aging: Approximately half of all adults over age 65 have some sort of sleep disorder. It is not clear whether it is a normal part of aging or because of medications that older people commonly use.
Genetics: Researchers have found a genetic basis for narcolepsy, a neurological disorder of sleep regulation that affects the control of sleep and wakefulness.
The symptoms of sleep disorders include
Sleepy day nearly every day
Falling asleep while driving
Having trouble paying attention or concentrating at work, school or home
Having trouble controlling their emotions
Having difficulty remembering
Fighting to stay awake when inactive, such as when watching television or reading.

Sleep disorders symptoms
Sleep disorders symptoms of quite a serious problem would have to be noticed by a partner or someone that sleeps in close proximity to you.
Sleep disorders are common and common people of all ages often accused of not getting enough sleep, not sleep well or not getting to sleep. Immediate and visible are the effects of a lack of sleep bags under the eyes, skin dim, heavy eyelids drooped, and in addition to anxiety, irritability, nervousness and fatigue. Sometimes the inability to sleep is caused by reasons quite simple to understand, for example a partner who snores loudly or frequent bad dreams, and in this case it is easier to deal with the problem. Often, however, there are underlying reasons more difficult to resolve issues that require a doctor or specialist. The age is often associated with an inability to sleep well.
When sleep disturbance is not due to psychological factors or by changes in the normal biorhythm may be helpful some simple measures that help our body, like a warm bath or a relaxing massage, solutions that promote relaxation and can avoid a ' unnecessary medication.
